Choose, then follow it
Accept the offer that suits you. You get a photo at pickup and a photo at drop-off, so you always know where your item is.

We check an identity document by hand. Submitting one is not enough — a person reviews it and can refuse it.

Time-stamped, attached to the job, and visible to both sides afterwards.
Reviews that neither side can game
Your rating stays hidden until the other person has written theirs, so nobody can read a review and retaliate with one.
Your address stays private
Nobody sees where you are until you accept an offer — not the public feed, and not the runners who offered and lost.
Report anything, and a person reads it
Reports go to a queue that is worked by hand. Nothing about your account is decided automatically.

Questions people ask
Is Hantra a courier company?
No. Hantra is a marketplace. It connects people who need something moved with independent runners who are already travelling that way. Hantra does not employ runners, does not own vehicles, and does not carry anything itself.
How do I pay?
During the pilot, Hantra does not process payments and does not take any commission. You agree the price with your runner and settle it directly between the two of you.
What cannot be sent?
Illegal or dangerous things — drugs, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous material, live animals, cash, stolen goods, and anything a runner is not licensed to carry. The full list is shown in the app before you post.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Hantra runs in the browser on any phone. If you want it to open like an app, add it to your home screen.
My area is not on the list. Can I still use it?
Not yet — a delivery needs runners nearby to be worth posting. The fastest way to open a new area is for people who drive there regularly to sign up as runners.
